While originally from the entertainment mecca of Los Angeles, Yumi began her professional voice over career while living abroad in Shanghai, China. Coming from a corporate background in marketing & events, this unexpected path into the storytelling world of VO has been an exciting journey. For the past 7 years, she has worked with brands, studios, and companies across Asia and the US to deliver high-quality voice audio for a wide range of projects.

She is now based in Los Angeles, CA and continues to voice a variety of work. Yumi truly loves being in the studio recording and is passionate about using the power of voice to elevate content and bring stories to life.
